CoR 2.0 stands at the top of the retractable shade sail category: its rope circuit connects to the CtR, a patented system that maintains constant and adjustable tension on the fabric.
The benefits of this invention are numerous: a tensioned fabric withstands wind gusts more effectively, drains rainwater better, and ensures greater safety.
Thanks to this technology, we can build larger retractable shade sails, up to 753 square feet (while competitors reach a maximum of 538 square feet), making them safer and more durable.
Each CoR 2.0 is a unique, custom-made piece built on demand. The advantages of CoR 2.0 do not surpass those of Solaria Furl and require a more precise installation, often requiring specialized labor. For this reason, CoR 2.0 is less frequently advertised and requested.
The range of available fabrics is extensive, from premium nautical Dacron—sourced from a world-leading manufacturer ensuring superior UV resistance—to the advanced Weathermax fabric, available in a wide range of colors and capable of reducing temperatures by up to 37% under the canopy.
Unlike Solaria Furl retractable shade sails, CoR 2.0 is powered by a Somfy motor, the global industry leader. It is also equipped with a Somfy anemometer, which automatically retracts the fabric when excessive wind is detected.
